How the public tools are designed
We aim to make the site usable with a keyboard, clear labels, visible focus, readable contrast and responsive layouts. Charts have related numbers or tables so color is not the only way to understand a result. You can use the worksheets without starting chat or sending personal information.
Navigation, disclosures and forms use native controls where practical. Error and acceptance messages are identified separately. The custom chat can be closed with Escape and returns focus to its launcher; contact consent and optional sharing choices are distinct.
What we have and have not established
We test selected desktop and narrow browser flows, including keyboard navigation, local save/restore/remove and labelled worksheet results. This is not a claim that every device, assistive technology, exported file or printed page has been independently certified.
Third-party pages and documents may have different accessibility features. Browser downloads, printing and local storage also depend on your device and settings. If an interactive feature is difficult to use, the written guides, visible ledgers and email contact provide alternative ways to ask for help.
Request help or report a barrier
Email hello@mitey.ca with the page address, the task you were trying to do and, if you wish, the browser or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis, private account details or a saved financial plan. Tell us what format or adjustment would help.
We will review the report and consider a practical way to help or improve the page. We do not promise a response deadline that has not been established.
